Thank you so much for this Lorna! It is great to know that they resonate. Clearly setting out our principles and working from them has made a big difference for us. I loved reading the post on your principles. Digging into all of your blog posts in now high on my to-do list. I especially love that the post also included counter-principles! It is like the saying that it is as important to say what you are NOT doing as it is to say what you are doing. Would love to see if our teams can talk and share insights/learnings.
